Vampire Academy Book Two By Richelle Mead

Technically it's called Frostbite.

And well, it's fabulous. Close to the ending I was totally tearing up and yea all emotional. Great great story and fabulous Characters.

Lissa - in this book Lissa was so much happier and it was so nice. How she handles herself in situations and her general outlook on life.

Rosa - she is finally coming into herself and learning control. It's like watching a kid grow kinda thing. Seeing her mature. And it's so well written, I got pretty 'involved'

Dimitri - well, not much to say other than fabulous fabulous character.

Not sure if I like the whole tattoo thing. Especially Rosa's mother. I think I would rather the tattoo's to start at the neck and work there way down the spine, instead of all cramped on the neck. But it is just a book.

Now I just have to find the third thru fifth books and I'll be happy!!

Thrilling, imaginative, fabulous story and great characters. So this is actually the second time I've read Vampire Academy, its that good. I think I would even buy this series, though I seem to prefer reading on the EReader to an actual book. I almost didn't come and did the review because I wanted to start the next book. It feels like it's been a while, since I've read something 'dark' and interesting.

The Main Character's were two fascinating girls. Their relationship is deeper than that of lovers, they have a deep connection. Sometimes it seems a bit one side, but in the end I don't think it was one side because both could read the other really well. Some of the secondary characters were very weird, but they made more sense in the end.

I would definitely say this is an adult read, unlike most of the books I read, but it didn't have much of the stuff I don't like about adult books. Anyways fabulous read and I am totally starting the next one NOW!!

Not sure where the chocolate was in this book other than mentioned once at the end. But... I read a werewolf book. My main thoughts on it, was to much of an adult sex book, even though there wasn't actually a sex scene per say.

The story was good and fascinating. I don't really know much about werewolves or how they work. I am curious as to how things work for them. The change, what can and can't kill them. And oddly enough one thing that kept coming up, was that female werewolves can't mate with human males, though it was later said that male werewolves can mate with human females.

I must say it feels wrong to say mate. This book was strange and different from my usual type of reading. I enjoyed the main character Vivian, I did not like 'the five' but I am pretty sure your not suppose to.

The story was well written, and it was good. If you like werewolves it's a really good read. If you know nothing about them... it's semi confusing.

Wild Orchid a Retelling of "The Ballad of Mulan" by Cameron Dokey

mu - "wood" ; lan - "orchid"

I love the movie Mulan, and this book was super intriguing for me.

It was very different from the actual movie, but it goes into a ton more detail about Mulan's childhood.

I love the characters Li Po was great and has a sad ending.

What I liked most about this book is that the author wrote from only one person's perspective this time, unlike Sunlight and Shadow. It was just so much better written and I really enjoy it.

Sunlight and Shadow (A Retelling of the Magic Flute) by Cameron Dokey

The Once Upon A Time Series I had originally thought were done after all the Disney Princess Stories but more like the original story.. However I don't seem to think that is the case anymore. Because I have never watched a Disney Movie like this book.

This book took allot for me to get into, it wasn't my favorite. The character's beauty seemed a little over done, but at the same time made sense for the story.

I sometimes found it difficult when the story switched from one characters perspective to anothers because you couldn't tell them apart, they all seemed to talk the same way.

However, this stories descriptions of love are AMAZING and Fascinating and I wish I could quote it all for you!

Simple read, and kinda a silly tale, but the descriptions of love made reading it totally worth it. :)
